I had a small issue with my weather stripping that Jonathan fixed right off the bat and he even noticed my Disabled Veteran plates and thanked me for my service. I didn't wait more than 10 minutes for the shuttle driver and Harry even stopped by the drive thru because I hadn't had breakfast yet. Jonathan gave me an update phone call around noon and then promptly sent the shuttle back for me when the car was ready. He provided all I asked for in a service advisor as he was prompt, responsive and even respectful and all I had to do was show up. More
