So fare after 5 weeks no problems. I purchased my 2011 Fusion from another dealer and when I had problems sith SYNC all I receives was poor information from the service department to my sales person. This dealership is fortunate ro have a person like Adam taking care of customers outside the service department. I will definatly be switching my service to this dealership and maybe a future new car purchase. More

I recommend James Garrett at 5 star ford 110%!
