Five Star Ford

Five Star Ford has taken the dread out of car shopping for me. My recent purchase of a new Expedition was my second Expedition purchase from Five Star and I can't imagine that (1) I will ever drive ANYTHI for me. I had an appt. with Terry and Rick and both were waiting for me (if they weren't, they sure made me think they were!) and we went right to work. They presented a number of options but never pressured me. I am thrilled with the vehicle and pleased with the experience...which was relatively fast and totally painless. Carlos was very homes and straight to the point. He didn't try to "sell" us the car. His philosophy, as we saw it, was "here it is, if you want it ."
