If I could give a lower rating I would this dealership suck and plays too many games and all they wanted to do is not show me a truck just show me the numbers and tell me I will go get the truck and be ba suck and plays too many games and all they wanted to do is not show me a truck just show me the numbers and tell me I will go get the truck and be back in ten minutes and just showed us numbers that were way off then what they should be and still refused to show us the truck I came in to look at and I would never buy a ford or recommend this ford dealership to anyone ever they suck. Q simmons is the worst salesman ever. Switch and bait. Told truck was available and to come on down. Once there, the truck “wasn’t ready.” Was told that he had a similar truck but in diff Switch and bait. Told truck was available and to come on down. Once there, the truck “wasn’t ready.” Was told that he had a similar truck but in different color and to give him 10 mins to bring the truck around for us to look at. Didn’t bring the truck around, but brought out financing/monthly payments paperwork instead. We didn’t agree to the payments/intrerest rate (didn’t run our credit) as they were sky high. Gave him a second chance to do right by either giving a better deal OR bring out the truck like promised - neither happened. Left the dealership. Calls us 4 days later anonymously to ask if we still want the truck threaten us to to stop playing games. More
