For 4 years, I’ve been servicing my 2020 F250 Tremor with mostly positive experiences dealership and are now looking elsewhere for service & support. For 4 years, I’ve been servicing my 2020 F250 Tremor with mostly positive experiences. Last Saturday, we visited Five Star of Dallas to purchase/arrange for after market upgrades to our recent 2026 Bronco Raptor. We were encouraged to meet with Lupita who, at best, seemed quite distracted as we described some of the enhancements we wanted to make for my wife’s new Bronco. We left that day with the understanding that Lupita would work with Preston on our list of items. One week later, after not hearing anything, we called Lupita. We were greeted by Lupita with an abrupt response - “who is this and what were you looking for”. Once we shared who we were and what we were looking for we were left with “we can’t find those items you wanted” from Lupita. Can’t begin to express how disappointed we were to come spend money on our new Bronco Raptor and to be treated so poorly. Not sure I have interest in bringing another dollar to your establishment. More
