I did my homework prior to calling Joe and made my appointment to take a test drive. I was at the dealership 30 minutes later and the Bronco was washed, AC was on and I was taking it for a spin. Joe was never pushy throughout the process and quickly showed me what my options were. I left that evening to think it over and after a few texts the next day, I returned to solidify my purchase. The financing process with Brett Ingersoll was just as pleasant and he took the time to show me several options and discuss what would likely be best for me.
