They missed multiple obvious problems and gave the truck back with the front drivers lug nuts loose. It could have killed my wife and son. The wheel was ruined and it took them 2+ weeks to find a replacement. There is a lack of leadership in the service department. Service advisors stand around and talk about getting drunk while customers wait at the counter just a few feet away. I have been a loyal regular customer since my first Superduty 15 years ago. Now I'm on my 6th Superduty. Unfortunately I have very little confidence in the repairs 5 Star recommends and completes. My relationship with Odie Terry is what keeps me there. I know I can trust him, 100% More

I won't take my vehicles anywhere else! I had to take in my 2014 Ford Focus because my check engine light came on. It was late in the day on a Thursday and they were very busy. We were greeted by a very kind gentleman who took our basic information and told us a service writer would be with us shortly. Considering how busy they were, we expected to wait a while. However, our Service Writer, Cameron Worthy was out in less than 2 minutes to introduce himself, find out what was wrong with the car, and get more information. He explained to us, up front, that it'd most likely be Monday before they could even look at it to diagnose the issue. Mr Worthy was extremely nice and polite, listening to our concerns, and assured us that we'd be taken care of. I feel it safe to say that we were in and out within 15 minutes, if not less, and felt totally at ease leaving my car. I called the dealership at 1:30, Monday afternoon, to check on the status of my car and spoke again with Mr. Worthy. I didn't really expect them to have been able to get to it yet but thought I'd check anyway. I was overjoyed to learn that not only had my car's issue been diagnosed, but that the issue was still covered under the warranty, the part had already been replaced, and they were waiting for the transmission department to reset the code and turn off the 'check engine' light. By Tuesday evening, I was back in my car and couldn't be happier! Sadly, I didn't purchase my vehicle at Five Star Ford and previous experience with the other dealership had made me leery and uncomfortable, not only with their rudeness and disrespect, but also their complete incompetence in providing basic vehicle services. From now on, I will never take any of my vehicles anywhere else except Five Star Ford. And when I'm ready to look at getting into another vehicle down the road, I will absolutely be purchasing my vehicle from them! Thank you Five Star Ford and Mr. Cameron Worthy for making this such a pleasant experience! You've gained an extremely satisfied and loyal customer for life!! More

My New Service Advisor I had used Stephen Carter as my go to service advisor for some time so I was disappointed that he moved up; but happy that I found someone equally det I had used Stephen Carter as my go to service advisor for some time so I was disappointed that he moved up; but happy that I found someone equally detail oriented. Abby was on top of my service request from the time I dropped it off to the time I picked it up. I had a simple Works package and brake issue and she handled them with professionalism and made sure the shuttle picked me up.
