I have never had such an easy and stress-free car buying experience as I did at Five Star. My husband I were on the first day of car shopping when we walked into Five Star in Grapevine. Cameron greeted us, showed us a few cars, let us test drive, and gave us all the information we needed. We were able to make a decision in the next few days and now I am driving my dream car. I give Cameron five stars for being low pressure and easy to contact for all of our questions. Plus he's funny and genuine, which made our experience fun (I don't think I have ever said that about a car buying experience). The facility is exceptionally clean and everyone was friendly. More

The overall experience was fantastic. One of the best car buying experiences i have had. Called dealership and Derek answered the phone. He was fantastic no BS. Gave him a deposit for a car that was coming in at end of May. Kind of spur of moment decision ( did not really need another car) Then did a bit of research over that weekend called him on the Monday telling him i wanted if possible the BRZ Limited version. Got lucky they had only of these one in color I wanted. It was sold however the person did not take it. So told him I want it. Then drove to them took the car for a short test drive. Then signed the paperwork and bought the car. Derek made the process incredibly simple. Thank you. Finance gut I believe was Kenny also great. By the time Derek finished his explanations he sent me to finance and wow all the paperwork was done. signed the necessary docs and drove off. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and professional. Highly recommend 5 Star Subaru to anyone, you will not be disappointed More
