My husband and I just had such a great visit and experience with John Michael. From start to finish, he was very friendly, helpful, and could hold a conversation! He was not like your average pushy experience with John Michael. From start to finish, he was very friendly, helpful, and could hold a conversation! He was not like your average pushy salesperson. He was there for us and what we were looking for. Although we loved the Outback, the STI pretty much stole our hearts—especially my husband’s! He’s been wanting one for the longest time. We do have to wait since the one he wants is not on the lot. But I’m sure it’ll be worth the wait. My lease for my Ascent is coming up Dec 2021 and from the experience we had with John Michael, I would love to come back and work with him when it comes time to either purchase or lease another Subaru. We had to leave because we have a puppy at home who needed to be let out. He was totally understanding yet took time to ensure we took care of what was needed before we left. Thanks John Michael!
