Traded it in on a used Forester from Five Star. The car is very good. The service and follow-up has been wonderful. I'm not kidding. Wow! Impressive service team! Picked up something on the road out in Grand Prairie and had my car towed to this store because I love the Sam Pack Five Sta Impressive service team! Picked up something on the road out in Grand Prairie and had my car towed to this store because I love the Sam Pack Five Star brand. They took excellent care of me and my precious pony! While they were waiting for my tire to arrive, my battery went dead, they notified me immediately and were able to replace it. Bonus! They noticed my key fob battery was low and replaced that too. I love that they have a text message system, which makes communication super easy and kept me updated on a regular basis. As a single woman who feels vulnerable in the automotive repair space, I trust this team explicitly with my vehicle. I can tell their attention to detail is impeccable.
