I had to bring my car for Service B and worked with Nathan. He was friendly and helpful. He reminded me that I had one more year left on my warranty and suggested I bring my car in next year for the Nathan. He was friendly and helpful. He reminded me that I had one more year left on my warranty and suggested I bring my car in next year for the annual service before the warranty expires in case they find something that needed to be repaired and would be covered under the warranty. The worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my 42 years on this Earth! I purchased a 2021 CLA250 4Matic ($1k over stick price) on 5/26/2021. I live in RI, so I had to wait four weeks to receive my re years on this Earth! I purchased a 2021 CLA250 4Matic ($1k over stick price) on 5/26/2021. I live in RI, so I had to wait four weeks to receive my registration. Flagship refuses to create a DMV Liasion position to handle their customer DMV needs, but employees people to sit and show you how to download Mercedes Me Connect, go figure. So as a customer from RI, you are forced to wait a very long time for your registration. Not to mention, they mail your RI registration to the Woonsocket location for processing even though the RI DMV website clearly states that dealer registrations need to be sent to Cranston only! I had to file a complaint via the RI DMV's website to unravel the nonsense that held up my registration. After involving two wonderful women in leadership positions at RI DMV, I finally got my car on 6/22/2021! I certainly earned a paycheck from Herb Chambers, sorry Stacy! Flagship's business practices of FORGET YOU, PAY ME are outdated, disrespectful, and unprofessional! Sales 101, you must build lasting relationships with your customers at all levels to generate a pipeline of sustainable new business! Your customers are your ambassadors, not just for Mercedes but for the Herb Chambers brand! My salesperson Craig was excellent! He is the victim of poor management and leadership that is in no way customer-centric. Herb Chambers should be very disgusted and ashamed. My review does not require a response from Paul McDaniels unless the topic is creating a more diverse, customer-centric experience at your dealership! More
