I sat down with Franco Cordano to review specific models and options. Franco listened and efficiently honed in on the available cars that met my desired needs. Franco was very straight forward and patient answering my questions. After narrowing it down and a test drive. I settled on the CLS. Franco worked with me to Close the deal on a great car. In addition to Franco, Ken Julian, and Gil Oteri were great to work with and finalize the details. And I have to add that it’s through the exceptional experience I have always had with Flagship Motors service department and Al Swekla. That was instrumental in bring me into the showroom in the first place. More

My salesman, Steve Schepici, did an outstanding job reviewing the car with me and setting me up with initial programming on the many luxury features. Still, it was all so new to me and a bit much to absorb all at once. Steve suggested I return for an 'orientation' to all the luxury features the car offers. I drove the car for a week and returned to Flagship Motorcars a week later with a permanent smile and a list of questions. I was introduced to Spencer Petruzello, a Product Concierge. Spencer was highly knowledgeable, patient with all my questions and extremely helpful to me, a new Mercedes owner. I cleared up each and every one of my questions and learned about a few features of which I was previously unaware. The concierge service is a fabulous offering by Flagship Motorcars. More
Why I love this dealership, my salesman Steve Schepici Steve Schepici, who I have now purchased two vehicles from is an exceptional salesperson. During my first sale in 2016, he never pressured me and always told me I should buy what I want. He told me all my options and had me drive the car I was interested in. (He gave me a price that was far below the previous dealership I had visited that day.) He answered every one of my my questions, and I had a lot. Even after my purchase he answered any questions about my new car that I had called him about. I had no idea that I would purchase another Mercedes the day I took my 2016 Mercedes (with only 13K miles) in for my annual visit. Every time I stop into your Service Dept. I make it a point to stop to see if Steve is available. He always makes sure that all my needs are met. This time, when Steve saw me, we started talking about how much I loved my Mercedes. He then showed me all of the safety and vehicle improvements since 2016. I couldn't resist the urge to purchase my new vehicle that very day. He must be the favorite salesman in the Lynnfield showroom because he is certainly my favorite. I will continue to make purchases from Steve forever. As a result of the wonderful treatment I received, I have always recommend Steve at Lynnfield Mercedes to anyone who comments on my beautiful car. Steve is top shelf and so is the great service I receive there. Steve is the very best. I just cannot say enough. The Pre and Post sales experience at This Mercedes -Benz Dealership is ALSO amazing. The service department is top notch. I always feel I am getting first class service. I deal with Al Swirka all the time. He is takes whatever time I need to explain what I need and makes sure I get it. He has been so good to me. Our experience with Skip Petersen and Spencer Petruzello was very positive. Skip knew how to "read" us and was low key and easy to work with. Spencer was so helpful in leading us through the complicated maze of electronics. Gil Otero, on the other hand, was an unpleasant experience;hyper, aggressive, and would not take no for an answer. He needs to learn that "no" means NO! If he had been our salesman, we would have walked out. More

Suada is currently assisting me in getting acquainted with my new 2019 C300. She is knowledgeable, pleasant. friendly and very patient. Renan is also responsible in part for my purchase of another C300. Every time I came in for service for my 2014 C300, Renan assisted me. He understood what was required and was able to explain it to me in layman terms. Both Suada and Renan are tremendous assets to Mercedes. More

I was referred to Lilly at Flagship Motors who was fabulous. I was under a time constraint in order to get in under the wire so that I could take advantage of the Mercedes Benz promotions and incentives that were being offered at that time. Lilly knew and worked internally to get things rolling so that we could make the sale happen. She understood my concerns with purchasing a "used car" even though certified and came through for me. I picked up the car and It looks great. Not bad for buying a car sight unseen! This is my 3rd car at Flagship and I would recommend folks who visit Flagship motors to ask for Lilly. More

Awara Osman was very friendly and patiently answered all my questions during the test-drives. I showed-up at the showroom to try a specific car but he asked the right questions and showed me the specs of four more cars (including some better deals). A great quality I could observe in him during the sale is that he let me comfortably decide on the car that met my expectations rather than convincing me to buy a particular car. This was a rare thing for me to experience because most of the sales consultants from other dealerships I interacted with in the last four months kept pushing me in some direction I didn't want to go in, resulting in confusion and dilemma. I think Awara's professionalism, customer-empathy and overall composure is actually reflection of his core personality. It worked big time. Keep it up :) I must also mention about the experience working with Darnell, from Finance. She's the most entertaining person I have ever met in a trade situation. And, the swiftness with which she processed the financing paperwork shows her tremendous experience in this field. She was prompt about gathering the required documents in one-go, resulting in seamless completion of paperwork. Thanks a lot :) Also, special appreciation for Elder Perez (Product Concierge), who explained features of the purchased car clearly, over an hour. More
