I had a wonderful experience shopping for my new GLE-350 at the Flagship Motorcars of Lynnfield, Mercedes Benz dealership. I was lucky to work with Mr. Saissi. He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for and much more then I expected! He was thorough and knowledgeable about every option and spent time after the sale giving me a tutorial of all the special features in my new Benz. Bought a preowned vehicle from Paige I needed another vehicle (preowned) and I found the car on line at Flagship. I contacted them via email and Maria Pena responded immediately with car information packets and setting up an appointment for me with Paige Babcock. Paige was excellent, when we arrived she was all prepared with the cars lined up, already running for heat since it was a cold night, and she was very knowledgeable about every detail and aspect of the vehicles as we went for test drives. We decided to purchase one of the vehicles and within 2 hours from start to finish we were walking out of the dealership with a purchased vehicle and plans to pick it up the following week. A fast, painless and great experience. I am always happy to work with Flagship Motors, this is my 4th vehicle I believe from this dealership and I'm always happy. There are others working there I have dealt with in the past and they are all very customer focused, helpful, and nice to work with. Thank you More

I just bought a CPO 2016 E350 from Awara and while I was there I genuinely enjoyed the conversation and felt like it wasn't all about the sale. I have bought cars before and felt like it was a sale. This didn't feel like JUST a transaction, it just felt like they were the right team to work with. Awara was patient as I made him test drive & get keys for ~5 cars, to find the right car. They were all nice cars, but I was waiting for the one that I "HAD TO HAVE." Awara made this process relaxing and enjoyable, and went above and beyond to help answer any and all questions I had. I am very grateful for such a positive experience and that we could work together. Also, a huge thank you to Phil as well for making me feel like I was not bothering anyone while Awara was working on the sale of my car with the managers. If you want to talk to a man well-traveled and a heart-felt guy, Phil is a great guy. He & Awara made me feel right at home. Additionally, wrapping up the sale I was helped with the Business manager, Justin. He was kind enough to work through financing and explained the optional items available. He was helpful and not overwhelming when I was trying to understand what I was signing. Lastly, but not least! Franco helped me as well to understand the intricacies of the car and to make sure I was comfortable. His patience actually blows me away. Walking me through step by step to make sure I knew how to use my car's navigation, radio, and even educated me about the importance of the red button for emergency use only. After several dealerships and phone calls an inquiries I finally am an owner of a 2016 CPO Mercedes because of Flagship Motors in Lynnfield. Lets start with Danielle Keyes. In formative, knowledgeable personable and persistent Talked to her through emails and phone conversations and her demeanor and professional way about her was second to none. Even with her knowledge of my venturing off too other dealerships she never lost contact. For that I am grateful. She paired me with Karl Becker, who proceeded to give me knowledge and enlightened me on the 2016 Mercedes 300 I was eventually going to purchase. From the moment he introduced himself he was a breathe of fresh air. I have never been an owner of a Mercedes before and it was a little intimidating at first. But I pulled up , saw the car that was our first choice, which I feel is a sixth sense a car salesman has to have , to know just what to present and say to make a deal. Karl and Danielle did all of that. Sitting in the car for the first time with Karl was relaxing and informative and I was put at ease immediately and relaxed and enjoyed everything about a test drive. Yup I said it ENJOYED IT. So I leave the dealership like a kid waiting for Christmas knowing that my wife would have to like the car as well for it was going to be mainly her car. Need not fear, Karl came through. My wife saw the car and I right away knew she was about to be schooled by Karl and swayed into feeling the same as me. So Karl did the same thing to my wife , got her in the car explained things and when they emerged I knew it was a done deal. Karl has a way of conversing that is never condescending . I am so happy I ended up back at Flagship after my brief flirtation with other dealers. At Flagship all the cars are priced correctly which makes the painstaking negation nonexistent . You will know and feel like you got a good deal. My wife and I are now a part of the Mercedes family and anyone who is in the market for one should start and end their journey at Flagship. And lets not forget Darnell in finance. Nice, informative, congenial, walked us through the numbers and finalized everything . Thanks to everyone here at Flagship. Disrespectful, lying, sarcastic I am disgusted with the level of service I received from Flagship motor cars of Lynnfield. I usually go to Burlington but decided to try Lynnfield sin I am disgusted with the level of service I received from Flagship motor cars of Lynnfield. I usually go to Burlington but decided to try Lynnfield since it was closer to my home (big mistake). My experience was with Nathan Haugh (service manager) and Grace (service coordinator).Here is what happened. One of my tires is loosing air. I either needed it replaced or plugged. - I was constantly told I could not have a valet ride because my service would only be 45 minutes. I was also told that no valet was available and then when telling them I would get a taxi and that they were being ridiculous, one was readily available (they lied) -I was told 20 minutes for a pickup valet, and when I called after 20 minutes, they told me it would be an additional 30 mins (I was 3 miles down the road). If it wasn't for Grace's extreme attitude and lack of compassion, I probably would not be writing this. - When I arrived back after taking a TAXI, I heard another women in the waiting room complaining about the service she received as well. -Nathan was extremely disingenuous/sarcastic and told me to have a "happy afternoon". -The valet guy was hanging around doing nothing when I came back. I truly feel like Nathan and Grace told me no to the valet or told me it was going to be a while because they were getting a rise out of me. I was not wrong to be upset. I have been with BMW Peabody and Burlington Mercedes (Both Lyon-Waugh) for years; and they both have provided valet cars and even loaner vehicles if I needed them for express services. They would HAPPILY give me a ride anywhere for as long as I can remember..even when I was not old enough to take a loaner vehicle.They never treated me differently or with disrespect. If I had one positive thing to say about this dealership it was the valet gentleman who drove me the first time. He was extremely kind and treated me so nicely. I wish I knew his name. Otherwise, Flagship motorcars of Lynnfield put such a bad taste in my mouth, I would not even consider going to ANY Herb Chambers dealerships ever again. I will be spreading the word to my many friends and family as well. I hope upper management sees this so they can address the disrespect their service employees have to customers and figure out their policies on valet services and loaner vehicles. More

Steve always kept in contact with me. Who does that anymore? That is just priceless in my book. Also, Franco gave me a tutorial on all my new gadgets! Woot woot. Jennifer thank you for all of your help as well and the tip on “group texts”. I use it all the time now. Lol Thank you Steve, Franco, Jennifer and the Flagship family for putting another big smile on my face! This was my best Birthday gift to Myself! Lol More
