On the scheduled day for picking up my car, we had the pleasure and privilege of meeting Jennifer Gorman, Product Concierge,who took the time to educate me and explain all the many features on my 2018 GLC 300 SUV. The following week Jennifer Gorman came to my home to complete the process of setting up my garage door opener on my vehicle as well as answering additional questions that I had about operating some of the features on my car.
