Ibe Ogwu was by far the best person I’ve ever worked with. Was not pushy but very professional and helpful. He was one of the big reasons why I chose Flagship in Lynnfield MA. The day I go to pick up my car, Suada Kolenovic who works in the Product Concierge department walked me through all the features of the car. She was extremely knowledgeable of the car and all the features as it had a ton of features. She spent an hour with me making sure I was comfortable before driving off the lot. Both Ibe and Suada have followed up 2-3 times since my purchase a month ago to make sure I’m enjoying the car and to see if I have any questions.
