They did not have the 2015 GLA that I wanted, due to a recall, totally understood my frustration, and talked to me even when I had purchased another vehicle at another dealer. Best luxury car in a small fuel-efficient package! I had a great experience at Flagship Motors. I looked at a Mercedes GLA 250 about 6 months ago. I knew I wanted this car, but it wasn't the right time I had a great experience at Flagship Motors. I looked at a Mercedes GLA 250 about 6 months ago. I knew I wanted this car, but it wasn't the right time. I met Paige Babcock initially, and she maintained contact at a level that I chose. It was not aggressive. She asked how often I wanted contacted, or if I did, and was respectful of my time. When I decided to buy, she made herself available, and was the perfect sales person. Also, I was not able to get the car during work time - so she literally delivered it to me at work, and went over everything!! I got the most beautiful flowers, and the best goody bag ever! Thanks Paige!!!!! A big positive shout-out to Darnell in finance. Likewise - she was down to earth and really knew her stuff. No hard pressure sales, but was very honest in helping me make objective good decisions for me. The manager always made sure to introduce themselves and work with me (and Paige) thanks Ken! I was upfront about which car I wanted and at what price point. The whole process was very professionally handled and I was provided various options that appealed to my taste and financial appetite. I think its important that I highlight that Paige Babcock (who was the product specialist assigned) went above and beyond to get me exactly what I was looking for. She was patient during my questions and guided me through the ins and outs of how a lease works. Once I signed the PnS, she helped me get acquainted with the car and ensured everything that I asked was done before I picked up the car. A few days after I took the car home I realized I didn't have one of the document and she was nice enough to mail it to me. The customer service was brilliant and I want to thank her for helping me out. The dealership from start to finish was great. I highly recommend them and if you go there, you should definitely ask for Paige. More
