Sean went through all the bells and whistles the car had. What impressed us was his effort in making sure we were happy with our choice and the service we were getting from the dealership. He also made sure we were happy post purchase by emailing us to check in and see how we liked the car. Sean helped order roof racks for us and delivered them to our house. As someone who has dealt with sales people across industries, we appreciated that Sean wasn't pushy but was patient and let us make all the decisions regarding the purchase. Fast forward several years: I saw a Smart ad from Herb Chambers this spring and decided to take a test drive. I didn’t live near the dealership and had no car to get there, but that was no problem for Dan Fava who drove a demo up to me so that I could test drive it. Two minutes into driving it and I knew it was the car for me. Dan couldn’t have been more helpful, bringing the papers to me to sign and expediting the delivery of my car to me at home. I’ve never had such outstanding personal service!
