I can not say enough about my experience at Flagship. Everyone I worked with, especially Darnell in the office who went out of her way to help arrange the paper signing at a convenient time and location for me, and my sales associate Steve Schepici who was remarkable. Steve was patient and always available to answer questions with competance and good humor! I purchased the car as a gift and He helped me to orchestrate a wonderful birthday surprise right down to personnally hiding the Miata in my garage with bow and all, making me feel as though he were just as excited as I was. This was a Great and Stress-free experience. I could not have done it without the excellent customer service I recieved from Darnell and Steve. Do to the fact that I could no longer find an affordable S60 with AWD, I decided to shop around for other luxury lines. I will be honest, I prefer the high performance engines of European cars over Japanese and American Automakers. I narrowed down my search to Mercedes Benz. One of the things that sold me on the brand, is its customer service. I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the dealership, particularly my sales rep Ibe Ogwu. He has been outstanding. He is a class act. When I brough my car to be inspected in NH, the technician found a couple of nicks in the windshield. They weren't large enough for the car not to pass inspection, however they became an eye sore to me. I called Ibe the following Monday to voice my concerns. He immediately arranged to pick up the car at my home to have the problem fixed. That is excellent customer service. More

Buying my first Mercedes This was my first purchased of a Mercedes. I was a slight bit reticent to change from my Lexus 350RX to the Mercedes 350 ML. My sales associate Antonio was wonderful to work with. He listened to my requirements and got me the exact car I wanted. I am soooo impressed with this car. It rates "head and shoulders" above the Lexus. It drives like it is on silk skis. The options I got are unbelievable. The location of the screen selectors has been designed for safety and function ability, which was my primary requirement. The Sales and Finance staff were incredibly respectful and no "sales gimmicks" were used. The negotiated price was very competitive. Great Experience! Hurray for for superior customer service and sales professionalism. More
