I was worried about some wheel and body scratches on the CPO but she assured me it would look like new when I took delivery. I honestly think they straight up replaced all the wheels and bumpers because my 4 year old car looks 100% brand new. Our salesperson Arthur Kloack was fantastic a perfect gentleman no high pressure sales tactics just gave us breathing room to look around the showroom told us when we were ready to just call him. We looked at a few different models and Arthur answered all our questions about each model I was impressed with how much knowledge he has about all the different models of cars that were in the showroom. Once we made our purchase Arthur took the time to show us how to use all the different features in the car and when we were finished he gave us his business card and told us if I had any questions about the car not to hesitate to either call him or go see him in person. Since our purchase of the car Arthur has phoned me numerous times to ask me how the car is and if there was anything else he could do for me or if I had any other questions a true gentleman. It was great to work with Steve, he was so patient helping me with everything. Since I moved to Boston recently, I don’t have any proof of Massachusetts residency and Massachusetts auto insurance. Steve is very nice and helped me deal with all the paperwork to get my license plate in a short time. Buying a car might be stressful, but I didn't feel any pressure when working with Steve. You get treated with the same respect whether your ordering a 57.97 part, having your car serviced or purchasing a new Mercedes. On the way to work my wife experienced one of those "New England potholes" and was stranded roadside 56 miles from the dealership with one call to Nathan Haugh in service she was all set, he offered to have a loaner car brought to her location and had a truck to her in 35 min. the car was delivered to the dealership and fixed that day, during this process she received two phone calls as well as two text updates on the tow trucks ETA, and making sure she was all set. Empathy and genuine caring can't be taught in a classroom or seminar, this Dealership and the people who represent it are by far the best. in the business. More
