Franco Leonard is an exemplar of this approach, and sought to help me buy the car. His follow up was timely, friendly, and helpful without being intrusive. For the orientation, Chris Kosivas was patient clear and thorough to make sure both me and my wife had a good understanding. He even offered to come help us with the garage door control! (Which we didn't need). Franco followed up in a few days to be sure had no problems. I couldn't recommend this dealership any more highly! More
