I’m not always comfortable when dealing with the service department. I always feel that I don’t matter to them because of the way I am talked to. There is one exception, and that person is Jonathan. Skip Peterson, Ibe Ogwu, and Anthony Alvarado are making dreams come true at Flagship Motorcars! My wife and I just bought our first Mercedes, a certified pre-owned GLA 250 - which has been my dream car for dreams come true at Flagship Motorcars! My wife and I just bought our first Mercedes, a certified pre-owned GLA 250 - which has been my dream car for years - and the whole experience was wonderful. Since we live in Norwood, a good 1.5 hour drive during evening rush hour, we arrived not long before closing for our test drive/purchase visit and our pickup visit. On the first occasion both Skip and Ibe stayed late even though a snowstorm had just started coming down. The night we picked up the car Skip welcomed us with a gorgeous bouquet of roses and Anthony ducked in and out of the pouring rain to show us the ins and outs of our new car. The whole team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, valued, and special. Thank you all! More

Number one best dealership hands down. Friendly. I drive all the way from Lowell to bring my car to this dealership only. There a Benz dealer in Burlington and Haverhill, which is closer t Friendly. I drive all the way from Lowell to bring my car to this dealership only. There a Benz dealer in Burlington and Haverhill, which is closer to Lowell and I been to both. and I would still rather go to Lynnfield then any other dealer to get my car serviced.
