I took my car to the flagship Moto cars, a Lynnfield for the very first time I met with Nathan the service department. He went over with me and let me know what needed to be done to my vehicle. He also gave me a loaner so that way I can get back-and-forth to work while my car is being fixed. He also communicate with me and let me know what’s going on with my vehicle at that particular time and the next day he will also call and let me know that things is going smoothly as I want to give thanks to the technician that took the time to work on my car to make it much more safer for the roads. I also want to give a shout out and a special thanks to my salesman Craig he went up and beyond the call of duty as he always do I have to give credit to these two gentlemen , they took the time to make sure my vehicle was up and running nice and clean and back on the road. I wish there was many more like that. I will always go back to Flagship Motorcars of Lynnfield to get the adequate amazing punctual satisfaction of my vehicle being worked on job well done.
