I came in to look at a 2020 E class after eyeing it online for a week. When I got there Skip and Michael had a interesting talk about a car's value. which I agreed upon. Which is when I met with Awara he led me through all of my options and other goodies. I was almost done with all the paper work when a rush of regret came over me. Awara at no point pushed me into finishing the sale while he did try to cheer me up with personal stories I knew that this was not the car that I was envisioning myself in. I felt horrible for wasting everyone time and while they probably had anger towards me (I know I would have) They did not show an ounce of it and kept professional and thoughtful the whole time. One of the best experiences I've had at a dealer ship (I don't think most people would say that when they back from a deal). When I find the car that calls out to me I will make sure to purchase it from here. More
