I recently had a disappointing experience at the dealership. I called multiple times to ask questions but felt misled on several occasions. When I brought my car in for an inspection, the technician was immediately rude, unwelcoming, and condescending, seemingly because I hadn’t purchased my car there. As a first-time Mercedes owner, I had hoped for a professional and supportive experience, especially since I trusted the dealership with my car despite purchasing it elsewhere. I had a few issues with my car that caused me significant stress, and the entire visit left me feeling on edge. I was particularly uncomfortable when the desk staff, who was in charge of service, brought up my situation in front of others. While I appreciate that the staff ultimately helped me and identified that my car needed repairs elsewhere, the overall experience was disheartening. I have never experienced this kind of treatment at other dealerships, where customers are treated differently simply because they didn’t purchase their vehicle there. Even though my warranty may not have applied, I still paid out of pocket because I believed it was the best decision for my car. Unfortunately, due to the treatment I received, I do not plan to return to this dealership. More

He took the time to answer all our questions and I felt very comfortable during the test drive. There was no pressure during the negotiations and I sincerely feel he helped us with getting a great deal from the dealership. For someone that does not always trust salespeople, I felt that we got the best deal possible and enjoyed the purchase process. Thanks Craig! For the dealership as a whole, we were treated well by everyone there. From the receptionist, to Craig, to the Finance team, all first class. The dealership had countless vehicles to choose from, all set at low prices relative to other dealers I had looked at.
