While I wish there was a way to e-mail the service department about my impending service visit (Steve was on vacation so no one read my e-mail) Nathan Haugh took very polite and prompt care upon my ar department about my impending service visit (Steve was on vacation so no one read my e-mail) Nathan Haugh took very polite and prompt care upon my arrival at 8:30AM last Friday. I now have his card and he checks his own e-mail even when not at work and forwards them to others. I will now seek him out for my future visits. THANKS Nathan ! More

I have had my car for 2 months and so far I can say they have been the best so far when I need assistance with anything and they do go above and beyond for their customers and I say this as a person who has have been the best so far when I need assistance with anything and they do go above and beyond for their customers and I say this as a person who has owned all the other major luxury brands. They are not the closest Mercedes dealership to me but I will take the ride to flagship any day. More
