I reached out to Flagship Motorcars of Lynnfield Service yesterday to inquire about the price of Service B for my vehicle. They responded quickly—within 10 minutes—stating that an advisor would follow up wi yesterday to inquire about the price of Service B for my vehicle. They responded quickly—within 10 minutes—stating that an advisor would follow up with me shortly. However, it has now been over a day, and despite my attempts to follow up, I have received no response. I suspect that after mentioning some minor issues with my car, they are now avoiding my request rather than addressing the concerns. This lack of communication is disappointing, especially given their high ratings on Google, which initially made me choose them. A dealership’s credibility is built on responsiveness and customer service, and this experience has made me question their reliability. I hope they improve their follow-up process and provide the level of service their reputation suggests. More

I've had wonderful experiences at flagship motors. Both Steven and Richard have been very accommodating. However, my vehicle went in for repairs a few days ago and upon getting it back, it was trashed Both Steven and Richard have been very accommodating. However, my vehicle went in for repairs a few days ago and upon getting it back, it was trashed. My glove box was open and all my paperwork was thrown all over the passenger seat and floor. Every other time my vehicle has gone in, it has been vacuumed out or at the very least, returned in the same condition it went in. Spending over 2k on one repair is alot of money. Generally when you take your car to mercedes, it is also a experience. This was not the service advisers fault, but more so, the service technicians who handle this stuff. More
