This is the second Mercedes I've purchased from here and my wife recently purchased a used Mercedes from another non-Mercedes dealer but has made arrangements to use Flagship as her servicer. I have been to three different mercedes service shops and this location was exactly the service I was looking for. They give me a loaner every time, help move my kids car seats and the car is always sparking this location was exactly the service I was looking for. This is my secont car(MB)in a year.My first car (certified MB} was great.I had an air compressor promblem 6 months ago.Take it for service,get a loaner car,go on with my business.A day later they c (certified MB} was great.I had an air compressor promblem 6 months ago.Take it for service,get a loaner car,go on with my business.A day later they call me car was ready.No charge,(under warrandy).Very pleasant experience.In February 2010 About ayear after i buy car,I am in for Regular cervice.They treet me so well that made me by my second car for( my dauhters).A month later a problem with the trunk bring us back to the dealer.Well they take care of that too.So the experience dealing with this dealership is outstanting!!!!Second to none.Exelent!!
