A great experience, the "certified" S class I bought from another dealer shook like a baby rattle since the day I got it and I didn't know that "you should be able to serve tea at 145 mph in the backseat" un another dealer shook like a baby rattle since the day I got it and I didn't know that "you should be able to serve tea at 145 mph in the backseat" until someone in sales at Flagship told me it wasn't normal. The sales guy picked up my car at the office and brought it to Flagship and I heard from Erin immediately that I had bent wheels. She handled the wheel insurance claim and I got the car back in a matter of hours and the car finally drives the way I thought it always should. A little extra attention to detail and I'm back in love with my car. More
