My ML350 was leased in 2006, working with a salesman (Peter Wienstroer) who treated me as he would his own mother. I got just the car I needed and was never pressured to add anything unnecessary. This past summer, as my lease was drawing to an end, I was offered a variety of options, each patiently explained to me by Ken Julian and Mark Bartoli. I decided to keep my lease car by first turning it in and then purchasing it as an MB Certifed Pre-owned vehicle. As always, I was given a loaner car at no charge for the few days that my car was in transition. There is a sense of security in owning a quality automobile, but an even greater security in knowing that your dealership is always there to help you in any situation. More
I purchased my '05 E500 from Flagship and loved the car and it's peformance. Early this year I stated to have some intermitant electrical starting issues. I was never stranded and was always able to get th and it's peformance. Early this year I stated to have some intermitant electrical starting issues. I was never stranded and was always able to get the car started. The service personnel at Flagship were always sensitive to the problem and I always had another vehicle available for my use. The problem was escallated to the highest levels within the Mercedes Corporate organization. After several attempts to replicate the problem failed while it was in for service the service manager recommended that I should persue a trade-in-allowance and replace the car. He was as concerned with the problem and frustrated that the problem could not be replicated and resolved. I then delt with Marc Hoch, General Manager of Flagship. He was very concerned and helpful in offering me multiple options to replace my E500. I was given the fair trade sales price for my car plus a cash incentive. I ended up getting a GL 450. Quite a step up from the E Class and I love the vehicle. Throughout the entire process every person within the Flagship organization was attentive and responsive. I would recommend them highly! They exhibit a real caring for the concerns of their customer! More

I was in a bind with a broken A/C unit. I needed to get it in and have it repaired, but time would not allow me to go to the dealership. I told them the situation and they took care of everything. This was my first visit to the Flagship they came highly recommended from a friend that use to use the dealership I/we just left. I have bought a R500, S500, S550 4 matic, a G55, and ML350, and several other cars from Herb chambers of Lynnfiled. The servicve department is at best useless. I took my G55 for service, I paid the bill, When I went to pick up the car the dash board was ripped , and all the mechanics trash was still inside the car, car was a mess in the interior. The never washed the cars after service for me. Then I looked the web to find out Nattick dealership is also taken over by Herb. I am more than mad. I should look for a dealer who is not Herb, who can deliver good service. I am fed up with Herb . I am sending this to you as I cannot find the e mail of your customer service head if there is any such person. I am tired of complaining, Mike Hanafin acts like he is a loard . This incedent happened on 10/22/07. Forward this to Herb Chambers , and all in the enterprise. I am determined to find a way to rectify this kind of wrong done to me by Flagship of Lynnfield. You know how to contact JDPowell , who is the state agency that deal with these . TV people , who will get me action. I am more than angry frustrated and humiliated.
