I cannot say enough good things about Kyle and Flatirons Subaru. I've had my Subaru serviced there before, and had such incredible experiences. I was hopeful my sales experience would be the same. He applied NO pressure at all at any time, and I felt like he was really working for me, trying to get everything to work within my budget. When I ready to go to the Finance Department, despite the good things Kyle told me, I was pretty nervous based on previous experiences I've had with that portion of the process. But again, was so pleasantly surprised Shae was incredibly kind, too! She had everything ready for me and it all went so quickly. She and Kyle were both so excited for me. That was honestly the easiest car buying (leasing) process I've ever experienced. Kyle and Shae were amazing. I couldn't be happier about my experience! More

I had an appointment at 9:45AM for an oil change and brake pads, it's almost 1pm and I am still waiting for my vehicle.
