Good people take care of you! Flatirons and Mark were particularly easy to work with and took a servants attitude when dealing with us. I love my new Ascent and my business partner loves the used truck we bought. Two days after we bought the 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 truck, the fuel gauge went out. Flatirons Subaru came up to the plate when Mike Shaw wouldn’t. I was ready to buy and Shaw dealership wouldn’t take my interest or wish to buy a Subaru seriously. They insulted me buy insinuating that wouldn’t. I was ready to buy and Shaw dealership wouldn’t take my interest or wish to buy a Subaru seriously. Was that my car? Bought a new car here a salesperson was taking joy rides in it after I wrote a check. Window never worked, bought car online. Forced me to sign paper to never ask to fix it again if they replace window motor. I told them it was crooked not the motor. I signed two months later no working window. They don't care about the customers here, zero respect buying and coming in for a repair. Same car went in for an oil change and the next day oil light goes on because they only remembered to charge and make me wait for an oil change, but forgot to actually do the oil change More
