By the time we drove out with our 2013 Subaru my Our salesperson was Mark Berger. He put us at ease with his friendly and helpful personality. By the time we drove out with our 2013 Subaru my wife, Diane, and I, felt like he was family. We spent a significant amount of time with Mark as he guided us through the sales process. We are both in our late 70's and have plenty of experiences with sales people. Some good experience some not so good. Mark was as good at helping us and making the experience really memorable and pleasant. He is as good as it gets in the long arc of our buying experiences. We really liked and trusted him. Fantastic Experience I worked with Lars Grater he was fantastic. I came in for a Subaru Outback 3.6R. Sadly it had already been sold. After talking to him for a bit he pu I worked with Lars Grater he was fantastic. I came in for a Subaru Outback 3.6R. Sadly it had already been sold. After talking to him for a bit he put me in a similar one that was nice but more then I wanted to spend for that car and one that was less expensive that was I also wasn't a huge fan of either(My wife doesn't like white). After asking me about why I was looking for a 3.6R. He decided to also have me sit in a Forester XT, which I wasn't really looking at but ended up loving. It hit all the things I was looking for; fast, 4wd, taller then a sedan and comfortable. He worked with me on the price and I feel I got a Fair Deal. Overall I will Definitely go back to him when my other car kicks the bucket. More
