Michael is extremely knowledgeable about the cars and reminds us of the benefits that we receive (for example, the drop off and pick up for car service appointments). He is communicative, keeps you up to speed as to the status of the car, and is on top of all of the details. The process is easy, low pressure, and seamless. Michael worked with me to source the right car in the timeline I had because I was coming off a lease on my first car. Always enjoyable to sit and chat with him. Also a shout out to Jan Michael who made the finance piece of the deal easy - love the improvements that BMW has made over the last few years to the purchase process. More
