When I picked up the car yesterday, I was a little frantic because I had lost the title of my 2005 X3 trade-in and I thought I wasn't going to be able to pick up the new car. JR was calm and worked with the dealership staff to find a solution. This is my fourth BMW, but my first purchase from Flemington. (I had my last one serviced at Flemington because my Dad bought one here and raved about the place. He was right.) This dealership truly is world class. From reception to sales to service, everyone is courteous and professional. The facility is amazing too! Highly recommended. More

He provided any and all information required, made sure that the customer was completely satisfied and the time he spent upon delivery was unsurpassed. He went over every facet of the vehicle (and there were many) and offered his expertise by phone or personal visit at any time. When I heard he was no longer at JMK and we were ready for another X5 it was well worth the extra travel time to go to Flemington. More

There were no pressure tactics, just good honest communication and tremendous knowledge of his product. Negotiations were pleasurable (How often can you say that when buying a car)!
