From the moment that I stepped into the Flemington dealership, Tom Terrill and many of the others made me feel right at home. With other dealerships I have read about and talked to others about, it is well worth the travel to Flemington to deal with these guys. This is my first BMW and I am happy that I made the choice, and as long as I am in this area and in need of anything BMW now or in the future, this place is it. Exceptional Experience! When I walked into the Flemington BMW dealership on a recent Saturday, my intention was to only test drive a model I had been interested in. Never did When I walked into the Flemington BMW dealership on a recent Saturday, my intention was to only test drive a model I had been interested in. Never did I think I'd be walking out with a new BMW. But, that's precisely what happened. And my husband and I could not be happier. I blame all this on our client advisor, David Santos. But in a good way! David's knowledge about the product, his patience and accommodating nature, made it the ABSOLUTE BEST car buying experience I've ever had! In contrast, my husband and I had been to another dealership earlier the same day. I won't say the car brand but it rhymes with Fonda. I can sum up that experience in one word: Awful. At one point, I was being strong armed by three strapping men: the salesman, his muscle guy---and my own husband, who was growing impatient with it all and just wanted me to buy a car so we could get out of there. Thankfully, I held my own and left without a new set of keys. And my dignity intact! At Flemington BMW, it was a complete opposite experience. David Santos is awesome. I can't say enough good things about him or our experience, which was seamless. Thank you again, David! More
