We had previously purchased a 2008 CPO in 2009 and Tom Terrill was our sales associate. He did a great job then and exceeded that experience this time around. We purchased the new X5 while we were in Florida for the winter. Tom was great in going over the X5 and the trade in via phone and email. We were able to have a friend take our trade to Flemington to have it appraised. Tom arranged for a convenient time for this to happen. The new X5 arrived a week after our return from Florida and we picked it up on May 16th. The process was smooth and we thank Tom and the dealership for that. Tom did an excellent job including a refresher on the the Nav system. More

Tom Terrill I purchased my first BMW (an X3) in 2011, Tom Terrill was the sales person. He did an excellent job of keeping me informed about important details and differences between BMW and other cars. I find Tom to be professional, knowledgeable, as well very pleasant to work with. I decided to upgrade my X3 to an X5 due to my unpleasant ride that I noticed at times with my X3. I once again made Tom the person of choice. He explained all the differences,upgrades, and new features. Tom was very cooperative and patient during the whole process. He offered his assistance if any questions came up or if I had any in the future. I love my new X5! What a difference to the X3! Thanks Tom and the wonderful Dealership that you are part of.
