As most will agree, deciding on a vehicle can be a stress-worthy experience but Scott made the buying process quite pleasurable. He listened intently to our needs and was able to locate a vehicle that suited us. Scott spent many hours with us and throughout the buying process, we were never made to feel rushed or pressured. Our phone calls made to Scott were always returned promptly which coincides with his organization and attention to every detail. If this wasn't all enough, Scott has a great sense of humor! His joke telling and wittiness kept us in very high spirits. When the need arises for my husband and I to purchase another vehicle in the future, we have no doubt we would request Scott Smith! He is truly a wonderful asset to Flemington BMW and we felt very fortunate to have him as our sales associate! More

Also, when there's a question that arises, there is always a prompt response no matter what the question. In addition, they always know the complexity of these cars inside out so that you can easily seek answers to the simple questions like " How do I…..?". I will also add that the service function is the best I have ever experienced from any car dealer anywhere - the guys there know us and treat us with a tremendous personal touch. Great Customer Experience at Flemington BMW The entire experience of shopping for and purchasing a car at Flemington BMW was transparent and accommodating. I was in the market for leasing a BMW The entire experience of shopping for and purchasing a car at Flemington BMW was transparent and accommodating. I was in the market for leasing a BMW X3 and traveled 50 miles to Flemington BMW based on its reputation, and I was not disappointed. My client advisor was Scott Smith, who is both knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Scott led me on a test-drive, which was rather strategically planned to feature winding back-roads ideal for putting the car into "Sport" mode. Following the test-drive, Scott worked with me to understand which features and options I desired in an X3, located one matching my specs at the dealership, asked me my target pricing (down payment + monthly payment) and had finance run the numbers. Scott returned to present me with a monthly figure that was a mere $0.18 away from my desired price -- it was simply wonderful to receive a very competitive deal without having to painfully negotiate on pricing. I put down a security deposit with plans to finalize the deal and pick up the car later in the week. Since I am from out of town, Scott arranged for me to be picked up at a train station 45ish minutes from Flemington, where I was met by Norm, a charming man who chauffeured me to the dealership in a 3-series GT. We enjoyed a nice conversation for the duration of the ride, and then upon arriving at the dealership, Scott had my X3 ready, walked me through some of its key features, helped me sync my phone via BlueTooth, pre-set my radio stations, and showed me a few complimentary add-ons (e.g., 2nd USB outlet in the lighter, USB cable for my iPod connection, etc.). We then finalized our paperwork, and I met with the business manager (Becky) to review dealership-recommended insurance add-ons, on all of which Scott had already briefed me and a number of which I decided to politely decline. My only disappointment in the entire process was that completing the paperwork for the X3 and meeting with the business manager lasted about 2 hours. If there is any way to make that final step in the shopping/buying experience more efficient, that would be welcome. Alas, that is only a minor negative in an overwhelmingly positive overall experience. More

I felt Scott acted more as an advocate than salesman he helped negotiate my requests and when a minor issue exceeded his authority THE GM ( Byron Brisby Jr.) stood up and remedied the situation. I will be buying my cars in the future from Flemington as I could not believe what a positive experience I had from beginning to the delivery. In summation the agency is forthright, accommodating and friendly. More

Good experience overall I went to the dealership expecting to test drive the car, and ended up walking out with it. The sales staff (J.R, and Vince) stayed until closing and I went to the dealership expecting to test drive the car, and ended up walking out with it. The sales staff (J.R, and Vince) stayed until closing and were able to answer all the questions required as well as finding me a good price considering the car just came out. The next day, Jan was able to get the financial details worked out and assist with the insurance company and was very patient through the whole process. Flemington is the place to go to buy your car, they take care of their customers and the free car washes don't hurt! More
