When I went car shopping in February, I had absolutely no thoughts of owning a BMW. After visiting all of the other dealerships in the area and not really seeing anything I was interested in, I said - "what thoughts of owning a BMW. My son-in-law had just purchased a 2011 BMW and he was very happy, so we went to BMW. There we met Bill Hinton, who is probably the most pleasant and honest salesman we have ever dealt with. We looked at a 2011 BMW 300 series, and it was nice, but I wasn't really happy with the color, and it was quite a bit smaller than the Cadillac I was trading. Then I saw the certified 2009 BMW 528xi and fell in love with it. We didn't really intend to go home with a car that same day, but after Bill took us for a ride and explained all of the many features of the car, I WAS SOLD!! Then he brought the business manager in to talk with us. She was very professional and courteous, as she worked us through the purchasing process. Before I drove out with the car, Bill Hinton sat with me for at least an hour, going over all of the features and how to work with them. And the next day when I had a problem programming my garage door opener into the car, he made a visit to my home to do it for me. Where else would this happen? I don't know of any other dealership that makes "house calls". I needed to bring the car back on two separate occasions after the purchase for some minor details, and I found the people in the service area extremely helpful and courteous. I love my BMW 528xi and I have to say that my total experience at Flemington BMW was top-notch! More

We were beyond happy with our experience at Flemington BMW. We had recently been to another BMW dealership and were not satisfied with our salesman or the dealership. We decided to drive further from our home to Flemington. Jan Michael was a very knowledgeable and non pressure salesperson. He knew the car inside out and was very patient explaining the details to me. I would actually say that he was one of the best car salesman we have ever had. While waiting for our car to be delivered to the dealership, he kept us up to date, allowing us to know when we could expect the car. I am quite happy to be able to write this review.
