I went into Flemington BWW for a service visit and left with a new 335is. Even though the service adviser, Jim Hierl, knew I may be trading in for a new car, the team followed through on my service complet with a new 335is. On the showroom floor, I was greeted by Aubrey Garson. Aubrey was so easy to work with and immediately sensed that I needed a lot of time on my own to thoroughly check out and drive a couple of cars to decide what I really wanted. I spent several hours there and decided finally on the 335is and Aubrey facilitated and completed the transaction so smoothly. I am in the business of customer care. I travel around the globe consulting with Fortune 500 companies on customer experience management. On the sales side, Aubrey exceeded expectations at every turn. Once I decided on the car, we briefly discussed price expectations and Aubrey worked with the business manager on a financial package that hit the mark. We hadn't planned on buying a BMW, but when we realized that leasing a BMW would cost about the same as leasing a far less expensive car, because BMWs hold their value so well, we called in to Flemington B that leasing a BMW would cost about the same as leasing a far less expensive car, because BMWs hold their value so well, we called in to Flemington BMW, and were impressed by the quality of the service (even though they had a team of Olympic athletes at the dealership at the time we visited). The entire process, from ordering (we wanted some features that were not standard) to delivery was handled well. We were kept informed about the progress of our order, and were given a really thorough introduction to all the features of the car when we took delivery. There is nothing that I can think of that could have been better. More
So, a year ago I purchase from Scott Smith, and Flemington BMW a certified pre-owned 335i. It is an amazing car, a real rocket, and the price was unbeatable. It was such an easy process, and Scott was such a joy to work with(as I attested to then by writing on this site). Fast forward a year: I decide to sell my 335i in order to purchase a larger sedan. I right away contact Scott, and he and Flemington offer me a price for the car. Silly me, I turned down their offer, thinking I would do better selling it on my own. Well, after weeks of inquiries, annoying phone calls, or non-returned phone calls I gave up. What do I do? I again contact Scott for a price on the 335i. I was fully half-expecting Flemington BMW to "kick a man when he is down", and make me now a lousy offer for the car, knowing I was probably desperate to sell and that I had turned down their offer a couple of months ago. Well, Scott told me he would do everything he could to again get me the best price on the car. And, he did!!!!! I could not believe that not only were they not going to "teach me a lesson" and lower their offer, but Scott actually had my car picked up at my house, and driven to Flemington BMW for me!!!!! W. Ive bought and leased alot of cars over the years and have went to many dealerships and dealt with many salesman.This was the first time I have dealt with flemington bmw and let me tell you this place is have went to many dealerships and dealt with many salesman.This was the first time I have dealt with flemington bmw and let me tell you this place is the best or at least my salesman was.Scott Smith kept on top of the process the whole time.He was not pushy gave me a great price from the begining.Anything I through at him he answered with a fact not a round about answer.The deal is done I have my car and he still calls me to make sure everything is good with car and if i call him with a question he either knows the answer or finds out and calls me right back.Once you buy a car from flemington BMW /Scott Smith your a friend not just someone who they treated good cause you bought a car.I can tell you my next purchance will be from Flemington BMW/Scott Smith.It acually seemed they were looking out for my best interest not theres. This is the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I was looking to trade in my Jeep for another truck/SUV and after my father bought several vehicles from Flemington BMW he would not let dealership. He told me the sales representatives were outstanding and that I needed to go there if I was looking for a new vehicle. Scott Smith was my sales rep and I told him my main concern was whether or not I would be able to afford a BMW SUV. Scott asked me for a price point and helped me right away. He would not stop running around and crunching numbers until I was comfortable with the price. He was determined to make me happy! He even drove the car I was interested in to my house the following evening because I was working and unable to pick it up myself. He has made this entire process fun and has told me several times that he is always available for any questions or concerns that I may have and that I should never hesitate to email or call! I strongly recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to stop by this dealership and see what they have to offer. I never imagined buying a luxury car and Scott made that happen for me! More
