Jeff did an excellent job explaining all the features of the X-5 during the initial visit to the dealership and upon delivery of my X-5. He never made me feel beneath him like other BMW salespeople have at other BMW dealerships. Flemington BMW dealership employees were always friendly and helpful. The dealership was always clean in the showroom as well as inside the vechiles. Byron, the General Manger, was great to work with as well. I received a fair price for my new 2011 X-5. I love my 2011 X-5 and plan to send my husband to Flemington BMW to see Jeff and Byron when he is ready for his new car! More

I am a first time BMW customer, and as such, we called a few dealerships to schedule a test drive of the X5. Flemington BMW's Jeff Schneider was the first to return our call within an hour or less. We live in North Brunswick, about 30miles or so away from Flemington...but the friendliness and the eagerness we could sense even on the telephone definitely made me want to visit this dealer despite the distance. Jeff Scheider helped me through the process of trading in my Lexus 330 for the X5 that I had in mind. He took me on 2 test drives and even took me to their parking lot to help me decide on the color as I had 3 different choices. Thereafter, I did go over to the showroom a couple of times more before I could decide whether we wanted to purchase the car or lease it. Again, Mr Scheider's sincereity in assessing our needs and advising us was genuine. Finally, after we purchased the vehicle, he was in touch with us on and off to keep us posted on the status of the production of the vehicle- giving us the production number and encouraging us to follow it through the BMW website!! Infact, there was a time when I had to come in to sign the preliminary purchase papers and I wanted to do it only on a certain date due to personal reasons....this happened to be his 'day-off'....and when he realised that I was keen to do so only with him as a matter of continuity, he cheerfully agreed to come in that day just to set my mind at ease. Finally, the day we had to take delivery of my car...my husband came in with me and he was very impressed with Jeff's in depth knowledge of the vehicle- he took care to take us through the entire process over more than 2 hours...in fact past their closing time at 8pm. Jeff came across as very passionate about his job as well as the BMW itself. Like I mentioned, I am a first time BMW customer, and this is my first SAV too....but folks at Flemington BMW and Jeff Schneider in particular, definitely made the process of buying the car so very pleasant and easy- and I think, having had the car for about 3 days now, I have come to love it and Flemington BMW certainly has a customer for life! I had previously stopped by another BMW dealer a little closer to where I live and they, by contrast, seemed unmotivated to make a fair deal with me. The overworn phrase "let me earn your business" actually applied at Flemington BMW. I always find that the Steve Kalafer stores are a cut above the competition.
