Flemington BMW quality of service has dropped over the years I thought the service rep was unknowledgeable about my car (M4 with 12k miles) and tried to sell me not-needed services based solely on time-lapsed wi I thought the service rep was unknowledgeable about my car (M4 with 12k miles) and tried to sell me not-needed services based solely on time-lapsed without taking into consideration mileage or how the car has been driven. Also this was after she let me know that my expensive service plan that was hardly used expired a month ago (during Covid) with no notification. To add insult, I asked for a trade in price and they scribbled a number at the top of the invoice that was well below market value or a price I can get on the internet sight unseen, without any explanation, discussion, report, or follow-up. So now that my service plan has expired and they are not interested in a trade-in, I guess there is no reason for me to go to Flemington BMW anymore! More

My experience this time was not the same. When I brought my car in, I realized that I had not properly understood the recent requirement to have available copies of my driver’s license/insurance card. Instead of understanding that sometimes people make mistakes, I felt being interrogated like a child (I am 67 years old) so as to make sure I understood that it was my mistake. Eventually, Debra did accommodate me, but not before letting me know I may not get a loaner as I had asked. The interaction had left me with a bad taste. More
