My last visit was to recalibrate the rear view mirror which was replaced with the same year mirror. I was told it was the wrong part number even though it came out of a similar bmw and was OEM. For that which was replaced with the same year mirror. I was told it was the wrong part number even though it came out of a similar bmw and was OEM. For that 15 minute job I was charged $250 which I think is ridiculous. That equates to $1,000 a hour. Unless you have money to waste, I would stay away. That’s why I typically do my own repairs. More

Laura is a fantastic service advisor. I've felt like a valued customer since I stepped foot in this dealership for service purposes only. With thorough explanations as to what's going on, to flexibility on loaners, the service team is on a roll with keeping their customers happy. I had an issue with paint and the team went above and beyond helping me out. I do wish I had purchased my vehicle here purely based on how the front desk, receptionists, technicians and service advisor (Laura & Debbie) all treat me. I am super happy and they will have my business for my next vehicle purchase. Thank you. More

This Dealership and this Service Department are Professional, Organized, Accommodating and Proficient. I needed front and rear brakes which were completed but the Technician also checked my batter Professional, Organized, Accommodating and Proficient.
