I am so happy that Fletcher Jones was the dealership/service department to service my vehicle. I have bought many vehicles, an have dealt with a lot of salesman an Nolan has been one of the best that I have dealt with.. Bad customer experience, was there to buy Q5 but no one was willing to sell.All I can hear was sorry ,go to another dealership and I am choosing the wrong car. Very poor communication from sales person and sales manager. I bought cpo car which did not have cargo cover. Left messages to sales person, sales manager, I am yet to receive call back.
