PROFESSIONAL: The car I wanted was ready and pristine. I had discussed what I wanted and what I could afford over the phone so after the test drive there was no haggling. I drove from Santa Monica to NPB and was assured it be worth my drive and it was. I had been to two other dealerships and just wasn't completely satisfied with what I would be getting for the price. My nephew is a Finance Manager for a MB dealership in Florida and he said I got a fabulous deal for the car I got at FJ. Brandon was professional and Brian was friendly and personable. Brian took the time to show me how to use all of the bells and whistles on the car and I absolutely LOVE it. Unfortunately, I don't remember the Finance Manager's name I worked with but again, easy to talk to and work with and very professional. At no time did I ever feel like I was being talked to as though I was ignorant and wouldn't know what I was talking about and being a woman that means a lot. I would recommend FJ to anyone who is looking to buy a Mercedes. More

In summary, Fletcher Jones has retained all the exceptional qualities of dealerships of yesteryear, which is the reason it stands heads and shoulders above the rest. I am very happy with the service from Shawn Mcpeck. I would not have bought a car from Fletcher were it not for him. I have had several very bad experiences with your sales people and surprised myself b would not have bought a car from Fletcher were it not for him. I have had several very bad experiences with your sales people and surprised myself by even walking on the lot again. It was a location and timing issue and I met Shawn. I am not happy with the fact I was told you could make the same deal as Laguna Niguel Mercedes with regards to the car I was looking at. I am not certain as to the facts behind the changes but as with most people find the car buying processes leaves me feeling as though I was the butt of a very crooked deal. I wanted a different car and ended up in one that I am happy with but is not the car I was originally searching. I want to be certain you know, Shawn saved the sale at your dealership. Extraordinary experience. Ever made a big purchase like a car or home and after a couple days had the niggling feeling you maybe got pressured into something that you really didn’t want? Well, that was not t car or home and after a couple days had the niggling feeling you maybe got pressured into something that you really didn’t want? Well, that was not the case for us. In August 2012, my wife and I bought our E-350 from Fletcher Jones. We were taken care of by Tommy Tran and his nimble assistant Jason Nhim. Both men were extremely patient with us as we had many questions and needed to test drive multiple cars in the hot August days. However, after our initial purchase we took the car home for a few days and we determined it was not sufficient for our needs. So we called Tommy and asked to return the first purchase (C-Series) and help us into a larger E-series. Based on the other Yelp reviews you would expect the dealership would take advantage of our weakened bargaining position since we really needed to get out of the C series into something larger. However, that was not the case at all. In fact we believe we got an even better deal than the first time around. We bargained hard and really pressed for the best deal - even being totally unrealistic at times. However, even under this pressure Tommy Tran kept his integrity and friendliness (way more than I could have done if had to deal with us) and worked with us until we were satisfied with the deal. What’s more is Tommy Tran and Jason Nhim still took the time to take care of us even though by this point we had taken so much of their time. They took the time to explain all of the different features…again, program our garage and gate remote controls…again, move our things from our old car into the new car…again, get the new car washed…again, provide us lunch, refreshments, coffee, and more. Both Tommy and Jason made sure we were happy, comfortable and informed from the time we walked onto the lot to the time we drove off the second time. Then they followed up the following days asking how we were doing with the new car and any questions or concerns we might have. The bottom line is, we feel great about our car and the entire transaction. We will be coming back to Fletcher Jones to see Tommy Tran and Jason Nhim for all our future Mercedes Benz purchases. I thought it was great test driving their cars, then driving through there storage lot and picking the actual car and color I wanted and then being able to drive my future car back to the dealership.
