Just twice to visit this dealership and I bought a brand new Mercedes Benz E350. I came in for an clearance pre-owned car that they advertised but then I wanted to bargain it down to be 3K less then I was told that the price that I offered that I was trying to buying car with no doors. Sadly, I was not happy with what he told me. I was about to walk out then Mike walked in and very friendly help me to find a new car E350 within one hour I selected and drove home my dreamed new car. I's glad that they were able to convince me to go with the new car instead and don't feel regret afterwards as I'm writing this survey. Pon Chen was very helpful to show me how to operate my new cars with new technologies and functions loaded in this car. My dear husband was not mad at me when I brought home this new car w/o him on the side when I decided to buy it. It's my gift from him to me on our 29th wedding anniversary that I shopped by myself. Obviously most dealerships can massage the numbers to meet your goal, but the true difference is that Fletcher Jones Motorcars has an absolutely phenomenal business model and their pre-owned cars are as close to original condition as possible and there is NO dealership out there that offers pre-owned cars anywhere in the same condition. I am a first time client to Mercedes Benz. Turning 30 this year, I made a promise to myself to get that dream car that I have been turning my neck for every time I would see it drive by.
