With the CLS500 towed to FLetcher Jones Services Department on 03/28/12, I ended-up to have a new C-250 key. It's a hard decision to make, since I had driving experiences with the MB-CLS500. However Department on 03/28/12, I ended-up to have a new C-250 key. It's a hard decision to make, since I had driving experiences with the MB-CLS500. However, with the clear explanations of Steve Henry at the Services Department, and then later, of James Sullivan and Brian Taber with very clear pros and cons of keeping the car than to have a new lower class, how much savings I could get with this just-on-time decision, I finally decided to give up my lovely CLS500 to a new C-250, with all saving reasons of fuel-economy, price range and my budget. With the test drive of the new C-250 with Brian Taber, I don't feel any downsizing or downgrading iwith the C-Class car. Brian cleary convinced me that he also downsized his E-class to this C-250 with a lot of economic reasons he experienced. He clearly explained all functions, options available of this car and helped me to narrow down by selection of options wanted to be added and to narrow down by color selection, which helped him much more easier to find the car I really want to look at. He brought me to the lot and I found exactly the car I have feelings with and it's not easy to make decision without the help of Brian. James Sullivan is the next person I dealed with, and since I had experienced with James Sullivan Team with my CLS500 previously, with James, I don't have to introduce myself and he already welcomed and treat me as Fletcher Jones' family. I had sometimes, with my CLS500, has towed my car to FJ, and James, himself, one time, let me borrowed the same CLS500, to resolve the problem of the rental service of Enterprise Rental Car was closed during the weekend, and his action of quick decision-maker, is unforgettable throughout my reletionship with Fletcher Jones dealership. He then asked how everybody's in my family doing, especially my son Andrew, who came with me with the transaction of the CLS500 with the sale department. After hearing my son is diagnosised with Lymphoma Stage 2 Cancer, James showed more cares about my family's situation and the health conditions of my son, and helped me with his best to get the new car, not forgetting his company's goals to make profit but at the same time, customer satisfaction is also important, especially repeated and loyal customers coming to his sale team. The deal was almost went through approval of the head of the General Manager, Mr. Garl Blumental, then it was hold because somebody at the sale department took the car key right at our dealing table to show the car to another customer, who saw the car parked temporarely in front of the parking waiting for us to finish the contract. Mr. Blumental came with Mr. Sullivan, talked and explained to me the incident happened, and welcomed me to choose another one, even a little higher price than the one I had chosen, they could give to me at the same deal. I clearly mentioned that the only car I selected through the whole lot, spending almost an hour with Brian to choose, and it was dark and late at 8:30 PM for me to go back to choose another one and I was so tired already to do so. Mr. Blumental, after hearing his deal was denied by me, decided to go with quick decision, after evaluating the truth of the story, with the number of years I'm already loyal customer of Fletcher Jones, he ended up to put a stop in other transaction and ordered to give my selected car back and continue my transaction ASAP. Another gesture of all top managers at Fletcher Jones about quick decision making, will make me having more confidences with Fletcher Jones staff and management team. This action is not only simply showing they want to make any sale going through, but also, the care of customer satisfaction and safety. All together, they make consumer's dreams come through with, no kidding, I have now to use the phrase from President Obama, no matter, he truthly said that or not, "Yes, you can". Here, with Fletcher Jones MB, I should say, "Yes, we can", after both sides: you and the customers are willing to work together, not only me, as the customer, but you, as the dealer, work together to make dreams come true and Fletcher Jones team, already showed me many times. Now, after having the new car key, I never forget to mention about your after-sale services with the Services Department at Fletcher Jones, which I had bunch of good and positive experiences with Mr. Steve Henry. He knew me many years, as one of his exceptional customer, coming from Chatsworth, 79 miles from Fletcher Jones, no matter what MB dealership is nearby, my CLS500, during the last 4 years, had to bring back to the Service Department of FJ, no matter the car was movable or not, or the road assistance service was covered or not, I paid from my own pocket to make the car go down to Newport Beach many times with Steve Henry, my Service Advisor, and I never went wrong with my decision. Thanks to Fletcher Jones, again, for the second time, makes my life easier with worry and risk-free,when time comes. Thanks to Mr. Blumental, Mr. Sullivan and his sale team, Mr. Taber, with his knowledge and patience with customers. He stayed with me until 9:00 PM, and helped me with all other set-ups in my car: I-pod, Blue Touth, and other new functions. He also tried to help me taking out all personal stuffs from my rental car, my previous owed-car, CLS500, which was at that time with the Services Department, taking the last item with the ensure of my safety. He also helped me, on the next day, after I found out I totally forget to clear all contacts in my old car's navigation system, I called him and I helped me right away to do this request, for my safety. WIth Steve Henry and Brian's help on the next day, both of them helped me to clear my rental car transaction with Enterprise Rental Car, since it was too late the night before to drop my rental car back. I think I engaged to Fletcher Jones four years ago, and now, I'm so happy to repeat extending my engagement contract with Fletcher Jones another 4-year leasing car. Thank you and please recognize all hard works from the mentioned staffs. They are really precious assets for Fletcher Jones and please open great door for them when promotional opportunities are available. James, Brian and Steve are the same persons I'm dealing with in the last four years with FJ Motocars. They are amazing people. With my deepest regards to Fletcher Jones Sales and Services Team. My car was towed at the nearby MB dealership, which is South Bay for services, and they don't even look at my car record or history, asked me to pay a diagnosis fee of $210.00, regardless I will accept to repair my car or not at this dealer, which makes nonsense to me. Fletcher Jones Services experiences I had in the last four years, never asked me for diagnosis fee upon services. I had towed my car from my own pocket money, $150.00 through the road assistance of MB process because they don't let me towed my car farer than 10 miles when any MB dealership is available. I could see this dealership South Bay is a big looser, not me, with not the service I would accept to have my car repair there, but the whole new sale transaction of a new car, which Fletcher Jones, so smart, think to do it, and both, dealer and customer, work together to have continuous business. That what South Bay should learn more to handle business and especially, to welcome new customers. More

Everyone at Fletcher Jones was very proffessional and courteous. This was the first time for me purchasing a vehicle without a spouse. He called me to talk about the car & its nice options but I first I refused because the price was out of my range and looked at the car on that day. However, then I asked him to check for the car report which he did and called me back w/i haft an hr. I like his quick responsiveness and decided to stop by. Tommy was the one who worked w/ the negotiation to make the deal. They both impressed me w/ their sincerity and for not being too much of a pushy salesman. Overall, the experience was not too scary as I thought. They took a good care of me and paid attention to the details. More
