Kim helped me find exactly the car I was looking for without even having to set food in the dealership. The car I wanted was waiting in the showroom the first night I was free to take a look, and John was just as helpful with the actual sale. No nonsense games with the prices here; they gave me a fair, blue-book value trade-in on my old car without trying to lowball it, and went straight to a very fair price on the new car (below the average sale price, according to Truecar...no haggling needed). Their finance department didn't try any high pressure tactics to get me to buy anything I didn't need. Once I agreed to the sale, they had the car ready for me in a couple of hours; I took it home that night. I'd say I'd go back, but I don't plan on replacing this car any time soon. The Focus ST is a dream car. More
New Sales Person Leads to GREAT Experience My rankings above related specifically to Roy Luna. I had bought a Ford 500 from Flood back in 2005 and went back in 2009 to purchase an Edge. In 20 My rankings above related specifically to Roy Luna. I had bought a Ford 500 from Flood back in 2005 and went back in 2009 to purchase an Edge. In 2009, I was treated very poorly by the sales person and was basically told that if I could get the deal I was looking for somewhere else, go ahead. The next day, I bought my 2009 Ford Edge from a dealer in Mendon, MA for $80 less per month (the deal I was looking for). Over the past two years, as I thought about upgrading my Edge, I stopped by several times, only one of which was I approached by a sales person and that person did nothing to earn my business. When I stopped in the lot two weeks ago, I met Roy who was in the lower lot. Roy is new to the dealership and is NOT your typical car salesman. He was extremely friendly and not pushy like some sales people tend to be. He answered all my questions about the two vehicles I was looking at (F-150 and the Edge) and demonstrated his knowledge about both vehicles during the test drives. Over a two week period, he was consistently friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, always delivering on the promises he made regarding timing of follow-up. At the end of the deal, I ended up with the EXACT vehicle I wanted at a price I was happy with. My 2015 Edge is my 6th Ford in a row and this is the first time I drive away feeling like I was given 5-star service. Because of Roy, Flood Ford is again my dealer of choice and I will recommend ANYONE who I know is looking to buy a Ford to seek out Roy. More
