Good at first and went sour quickly Waited 5.15 hours for an oil change, brake pads replaced and rotors cleaned. When I received my vehicle back I checked the engine the next morning to Waited 5.15 hours for an oil change, brake pads replaced and rotors cleaned. When I received my vehicle back I checked the engine the next morning to see that the cover to the engine was not connected and off to the side, my oil dipstick was 3 inches out of oil tube and my cover for the battery was dangling to the side. 0 star customer satisfaction. I feel that the dealership really let me down. Therefore, I will not recommend nor advise anyone to visit or shop at any of Flood Ford Dealerships. Although I will say I still like John Derobbio, it was not his fault that the dealership treated me poorly. More

Steve is very patient and works for you so that everyone is happy. We ended up purchasing an Escape three weeks ago and ended up back on the lot dealing with Steve again on an Explorer this past weekend. Needless to say we loved our experience with Flood & especially Steve who put in the time and effort to make sure we were happy to buy two cars in three weeks! More

Michelle got the process started by a fair quote and Blake was one of the best salesmen I have had. He was very knowledgeable on the F-150 and explained everything well and was also very nice. After the test drive was over it seemed like he wanted to make sure I got the one I really wanted. He was not pushy about buying that second and actually made the process enjoyable. John was great in finance and helped get me a low interest rate on the vehicle. More
Buying a pre-owned Challenger I had recently traded in my truck for a dodge challenger. I worked specifically with Mike Flood Jr. I had looked at other Challengers at other dealers I had recently traded in my truck for a dodge challenger. I worked specifically with Mike Flood Jr. I had looked at other Challengers at other dealers. A huge factor in my decision was the first impression Flood Ford made. Every customer was greeted and helped immediately. The transaction process was great, and it was a pleasure working with Mike Jr. as he was knowledgeable and customer oriented. When I took the car home I noticed that the left (aftermarket halogen) lightbulb was dead. I took it back to Flood the next day. They sent the vehicle to their repair shop 'QuickLane' across the street. That experience I found to be slow and inefficient. They decided to put the stock lights back in the car (the right decision) however, they could not finish changing the lights out the remainder of that day and needed the car for the following business day as well. After having a problem with Enterprise rental, Mike Flood Jr. personally found a rental vehicle for me to use over the next two days. Although Mike is in sales her continuously called me throughout the day to give me updates on the progress the dealer made with the lights and some other repairs that needed to be made. Although it was a bit of a hassle driving to and from Rhode Island from Massachusetts, and the fix was a bit longer than it could have been, Mike Jr. made sure I was kept in the loop of what was going on. It was a pleasure working with him an April. More
