If you want an attitude this is the place to go! I am a small business owner who recently relocated from Cranston to Exeter. I always had done my service on my trucks at Tasca. When I called them I I am a small business owner who recently relocated from Cranston to Exeter. I always had done my service on my trucks at Tasca. When I called them I was told it would be 2 weeks before I could get my F350 in for service. On my way home one Saturday I decided to stop by Flood to see if I could get it in there sooner. It made sense after all, it was closer to my home and it was a Ford dealer. I walked in at approx. 4pm. The sales department was busy but one gentleman took the time to walk me over to service and introduce me to Wendy. I thanked him and he walked away. This is where my opinion of your dealership changed. Before I could speak she informed me that they were about to close. I told her that I just wanted to see if I could get an appointment. She then rolled her eyes and sighed. I asked her if it was too much trouble to tell me when the next availble appointment was. She then told me to hold on and proceeded to check and respond to a text! I then said to her, nevermind, and walked away. Not an "I'm sorry" or "hold on sir" but as I walked back towards sales I heard "what an a##hole". Well, if thats what you think of your consumers then I understand why Tasca has a 2 week wait. With pathetic customer service like that there is no doubt I will never return nor reccomend Flood Ford for any servicing of vehicles. I gave a 3 star on friendliness because of your sales department and their willingness to help guide me in the right direction. More

Buying a car has always been a very stressful experence as almost all dealers are out fo one thing, sell you the most expence package they can and that includes lies, deceptions, and paperwork games. We have always been ready for what ever they though at us. BUT with Flood ford and carlos it was, we agree on a price, no pressure for extras, very low interest rate, and a friendly HONEST staff. Please give them a try we are totally glad we did.!!!! More

A great all around experience Though there is a Ford dealership quite close to our house, we chose to visit Flood Ford instead because of its large inventory, excellent incentives, Though there is a Ford dealership quite close to our house, we chose to visit Flood Ford instead because of its large inventory, excellent incentives, and reputation. My father has purchase four Fords from this dealership in the past and had nothing but good things to say. I first visited with my 6 year old daughter to test drive the Ford Escape (she is my most frequent copilot). We were BOTH treated well by our salesman, Mike Flood, Jr. Mike was kind, enthusiastic, fun to hang out with, well informed and informative, and friendly. After the test drive experience, I was eager to return with my husband to make a purchase, which I did, two days later. I called Mike and he had the vehicle waiting for us and was free to take another test drive with us. While the car buying experience is never easy (or short), this went as well as it could possibly go. Mike and the other staff at Flood worked with us to put us in the right vehicle at the right price. Everyone was friendly and respectful and we left there in our new car with smiles on our faces. Also, the follow up from the dealership has been thoughtful, thorough, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Mike Flood, Jr. I look forward to doing business with them again.
