Was looking for a reasonably priced low miles Ford lease and was drawn to this dealership for its advertised deals on last years models (which was fine with me). The sales staff was extremely helpful with and was drawn to this dealership for its advertised deals on last years models (which was fine with me). The sales staff was extremely helpful with all things - including trading in my current lease, simplifying the lease terms and monthly payments (my prior lease had a higher monthly rate and DID NOT include the yearly state excise tax whereas Ford leasing will make the monthly payment include this tax so there are no surprise fees you are billed at the end of the year). Excellent customer care was provided at the time of sale and beyond, I felt all things were explained upfront, and any subsequent questions with the vehicle have been addressed promptly by phone or email. Very happy with my experience and would recommend this dealership. More

I own many super duty fords some of which were purchased from flood ford. I always have one which needs service. A fews years ago I began taken them to flood ford and the service was not that good. You would make a appointment and they would never work on them. Some times they would sit for a additional day or two before they worked on them. If you called you would get every excuse under the sun, and maybe even and attitude to go with it. These trucks are service trucks that operate seven days a week and are needed. Sometimes I don't believe they understand that these trucks are only making money when they are working. I ended up leaving flood ford and went to another dealership. Beginning January 1, 2013 I began going back to flood. I can't believe how much the service has changed. When you arrive there is a person to greet you and open the door. The staff inside is new and the attitudes are muched improved. They worked on the vehicles that day and both were returned that day. Paul in service called many times and gave updates and time frames through out the day which was much appreciated. It allowed me to plan work knowing when the trucks would be returned and could be put back in service. When we arrived to pick them up Paul explained exactly what was done it great detail. I told Ken what I needed. He knew what was available and I went home completely satisfied in my 2012 SUV. He knows his clients well and takes care of them. He works extremely hard at his craft. When I went to my bank to transfer money to cover the check, my teller knew Ken Wylie. I went to a party a few days later and was showing my buddy my new vehicle and he had bought his truck from Ken Wylie. He lives miles away ( in RI, 20 miles is a long way). So, if at least 3 people in RI know him in my circle, then 1000 people know him, WOW. More

Our sales consultant Chris DeFruscio was great, no pressure, very informative and knowledgable about the vehicle. The sales manager, Matt Ward, worked with us to tweak the numbers on our trade-in to finalize the deal. At delivery, Chris took the extra time to go over the features on the car, and setup the keypad code the way my wife wanted it and also setup her cell phone to work with the hands-free bluetooth system on the car. This is the extra care that really sets this dealer apart from the others. We have bought a lot of cars over the years and this was the best purchasing experience that we have had.
