This is my second experience with Flood Ford. The reason I went back to Flood was very simple. The first time I went there they made my car buying experience easy. This time was no different. The sales consultant, Steve Weidinger, knew all the ins and outs of the vehicle's computer systems and was patient when clearly explaining them to me. Today's vehicles are very complicated and Steve used simple and direct directions. (Thanks Steve!!) I love the Blue Tooth feature and I didn't think I'd use it. Also, a big thank you to David Cathey, Sales Manager who was friendly, and was very much a "people person" when talking with my husband about the details of the trade. (Great job David!!) I am a truly a loyal person when I have had a decidedly positive experience. Count on me to be back in the future. More

She then coordinates time for John and I to meet after working with John to identify a car that I want and at a price within my budget. What I also like is that I'm never pressured and that Flood Ford trusts it's employees to handle the relationship and sales process alone. This allows for a fast and easy buying experience. Unlike other dealers who exhaust the buyer with a day long process, Flood Ford has an open and streamlined process which allows an informed buyer to buy a car within a few hours (though allowing for as much time as needed for the buyer to be comfortable and confident about their new investment. I had heard Flood Ford had a good reputation so that is why I decided to go there. I had an appointment with Dave. He introduced himself and was very friendly. We talked about why I was there and what I was looking for. He selected a vehicle for a test drive. When we got back we talked about numbers. I was looking for a lease. We came up with a fair number. We had to revise things after the finance manager said the lease company wouldn't do those numbers. We came up with revised numbers and he was able to get it approved. They even cleaned and prepped the car while I waited. They put a full tank of gas. Dave went over the vehicle and set up the Sync. Everyone I talked with was very friendly and helpful. I am enjoying the car I leased, 2014 Fiesta, thanks to those at Flood Ford. I would highly recommend them. More

I had a nice experience overall. Chris, Michelle and Tony are given my highest rating for their tireless efforts and overall great customer service. The only reason I gave a 4 not a 5 for the "Quality of Work" section is because I was given the vehicle with a light out that I have to replace in order for my car to pass and receive an inspection sticker. I figured that check would have been done before the car was released to me, given that they're proud of their thorough inspections. That was a little disappointing. Also the advertised description was misleading because it claimed the car had a moonroof (which it did not.) Thank you! Pia More
