The salesman, Leo, just let my wife and I get a feel for the car. When we moved to financing they were upfront and didn't try any 4 squares or number tricks. Just simply showed me what my trade in was selling for and ended up giving me what I asked for. Even when my insurance company was taking a while to hammer out my new policy they were patient and calm, despite the fact we went past dealership closing hours. And they never asked for more than the advertised online price for the car. Which was almost $1000 less than other Mazda dealerships in the area To make a long story short, the salesmen were knowledgeable and respectful, the financing department was honest and accommodating, and no one tried to take advantage of us. We love our Mazda 3 and will recommend Flood Mazda to anyone who wants a great car buying experience. More

When I bought my new car, he helped me empty all the kid stuff out (moms, you understand!) ! My sales person was Joe Comforti and he was absolutely fantastic. He made what is usually a difficult, stressful experience, a complete joy. He made me feel very comfortable in my purchase and was extremely helpful in educating me about the vehicle. Having dealt with my fair share of "sleazy" sales people, Joe was a breath or fresh air. As if that wasn't enough, I also met with the manager, Russ and he was just as friendly and honest as Joe! I also have to say what a pleasure it was to work with Cody, who handled our financing and paperwork. Yet again, another outstanding, knowledgeable and friendly associate. Needless to say, I would strongly recommend not only buying a car from Flood but go see Joe Comforti! I love my car! Thank you Joe! More

The car is beautiful, well designed and rock solid, turning heads already. To me this car is underrated and should be further up in its category. Looks like gas mileage is going to be outstanding. Its also very peppy. I was in and out of dealership in 3 hours with new vehicle. I would highly recommend Flood Mazda. More
Great experince from start to finish! I contacted the dealership via email, received my quote within a few hours and it was less that other local dealers for more vehicle! Charlie (Internet Sales Director) was fair, friendly and responsive. He told me exactly what he could do for me and did it. Jody (Asst Finance Director) explained all the numbers and forms in a clear and concise way. He answered all my questions and made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and enjoyable. He also showed me all the features and functions of my vehicle (he's a sales rep too) and helped me to understand all the cool things it can do. This was a great experience and I would recommend these 2 people and this dealership without hesitation. More

The dealership is small compared to many today but not small in terms of accommodating style. It is unique that Mazda is the only brand and it shows in the pride they convey. This is the place to truly to satisfied with your new Mazda purchase or lease. More
My first Mazda and first lease experience! I have had my Mazda CX-5 for a month now and I love driving it! I appreciate Joe Comforti’s patience with me and especially am grateful for his NOT b I have had my Mazda CX-5 for a month now and I love driving it! I appreciate Joe Comforti’s patience with me and especially am grateful for his NOT being a pushy salesman which drove me away from other dealerships. I had looked at this model in November and with the holidays, put car shopping out of my mind. When I returned in February, Joe seemed to be very pleased to see me and let me test drive it again but was not pushy with me. On my third visit to Flood, after having almost bought a CR-V that day, I returned to Flood because I could not get the Mazda CX-5 out of my mind. My hesitation about this car was the fact that it was a Blue Reflex Mica Touring with black cloth upholstery, the ONLY thing I did not like about the car. It was suggested that I put Sand colored leather in but that really did not appeal to me. When I returned to take one more look at this car, Joe recommended that I look at color swatches. This was the answer to my prayers. My car is the classiest Mazda CX-5 zooming around Rhode Island with its gray leather upholstery. The application of the leather and heated seats was done so well and even little details such as the panel on the inside of the door was matched with the gray. It looks stupendous and my friends are very impressed in how it came out. I am so happy to have dealt with Joe and I left there feeling like I had made a new friend for life! I have been raving about Flood Mazda for the past month and hoping that we continue to have a good relationship. Of course, I must thank Russ and Jim for helping me with my first time lease. My only problem is that I LOVE the car so much, I’m afraid that I will go over my mileage limit! Thanks to Flood Mazda, I am driving a fun and classy car! I still need a Remote Start and a Cargo Cover but can't afford them yet. :-) More
